Coral Gables was planned in the 1920s as "The City Beautiful", and it still lives up to the name. Mediterranean-style homes, banyan-lined streets, the Venetian Pool and the historic Biltmore Hotel give it a character you won't find anywhere else in Miami. Downtown Miami, Brickell and the airport are all close by.

Coral Gables is a seller's market with limited supply. You'll find condos and townhomes, classic Mediterranean homes and large waterfront estates. Several new boutique condo projects are also under construction, with completion between 2027 and 2028 (see my post "Coral Gables Is Changing").

My tip
I recently sold two condos on Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables, and buyers who missed out are still looking. If you own in the Gables and are thinking about selling, now is a good time to talk.
