Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach: Tour and 2026 Construction Update

Bentley Motors and Dezer Development have partnered up to develop Bentley Residences, the first Bentley-branded luxury residential tower in the world. Bentley Residences, will include an in-unit multi-car garage, private balcony of up to 1,800 square feet of outdoor space with pool, sauna, and outdoor shower, and several building amenities, including a gym, spa, cinema, private restaurant and lounge, and much more.

2026 construction update: Bentley Residences is rising at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The 62-story oceanfront tower will have 216 residences, and completion is expected in 2028. Because the building is still in the pre-construction phase, buyers can still secure a residence today with a deposit schedule and pay the balance at closing.
