Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin have been making enormous South Florida purchases. Page spent $173 million on two waterfront Coconut Grove estates, then added another nearby property for roughly $15 million. Brin subsequently closed on a Miami Beach waterfront estate for $51 million
But Miami Car Week/MODA Miami is very interesting. The 2026 event generated a $74 million RM Sotheby's auction, with a 91% sell-through rate and bidders from 21 countries. The top cars sold for $7.045M, $6.88M and $5.23M. The next edition is already confirmed for the last week of February 2027
